最近想在Godaddy上注册一个COM的域名，首先想到的是在网上寻找注册优惠码，Google中搜索“Godaddy 优惠码”的关键词，可以找到一堆堆的优惠码网站。没想到让我找到了0.99$的优惠码，条件是使用信用卡支付。
我没想到COM域名也能有如此低价，想当年我买INFO域名的时候1.99美元已经低的让我无法接受了。我赶紧登录Godaddy，生怕低价很快消失了。
加入购物车，支付的时候只有外币信用卡（Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card）和支票（Checking Account ）的付款方式。我赶紧找同事借信用卡帮忙支付（该同事经常海淘，具有双币信用卡），可是在输入信用卡的信息提交的时候总是提示错误：“There was a problem processing your transaction. Please verify your payment information or use an alternate form of payment.”善良的同事以为是信用卡出了问题，他让我别急，遂从卡包里拿出另一张信用卡。可是在支付的时候，依然提示上面的信息。
我只好回来求助Google，原来好多人也遇到同样的问题，大家推测的原因归纳如下：
- 域名优惠码的问题，0.99、1.99等低于7.99美元的优惠码都不能使用。
- 使用的优惠码之前被人使用过，有些优惠码只能使用一次。
- 0.99、1.99的优惠码只能在美国或加拿大使用。
- 0.99、1.99的优惠码只能用美国或加拿大的信用卡可用。
于是有人支招：
- 使用VPN更改IP为美国IP。
- 支付地址填写美国地址。
- 使用国外信用卡。
- 使用7.99以上的优惠码。
以上的解决方案我只尝试了第一种，更改IP以后问题依旧。其他的方法没有尝试。
针对0.99优惠码不能使用的问题，我专门问了Godaddy的客户，得到了几乎官方的答复，以下为聊天记录（隐藏了个人信息，用@@@@代替），Nico是客服，hill是本人。

从上面的聊天记录可以得出结论：
- Godaddy的部分优惠码有使用限制，系统中并没有提示限制条件，只是在支付的时候不让支付成功。
- 0.99美元的低价优惠码官方没有指定说需美国或加拿大才能使用。
- 可用的优惠码的获取途径是注册邮箱和市场推广（Godaddy官网），虽然我Gmail中经常收到的优惠码没几个能用的。
- 在Godaddy中支付途径中添加信用卡的话会导致自动续费。
